Different Logistic Tracks

When transporting food/dry goods in you refrigerated, logistic tracks of various types are useful to provide a secure and proven load restraint setup. Coming in both E & F track variants, almost every trailer manufacturer has these standard across their trailers.

E – track

E-Track is typically used on walls to securely double stack pallets. The track is typically zinc coated for longer-life inside the cold/damp environment. The E-type loader bars, often called double loader bars or decking beams, are typically made from extruded aluminium profile. These allow pallets to be double stacked inside a reefer van.

E Track is renowned for being an adaptable tie down system with a straightforward connection and removal process. Due to its ease of use, the trucking and transportation sectors have grown to rely on it!

F – track

The Series F Tracks are what you need if you like to use strong, solid bars to keep your cargo apart. In contrast to the Series E or A Tracks’ rectangular holes, these tracks are made with 3/4″ or 1″ circular securement holes. F-Track is frequently utilised in vans and refrigerated vehicles that lack internal lashing points. Both tie off points and beam sockets can be utilised with F-Track.

The F-Track is one of the early designs for a logistic track. Reefer trailers are intended to utilise the track, which is constructed from solid steel that has been zinc-plated. Although the spring-loaded poles (often called pogo’s or shoring bars) distinctive shape makes it possible for creative combinations, this track and bar arrangement is not the strongest logistic track.

Tegral stocks both types, decking beams for E-series track, and shoring bars for F-series track.
