Our Shipping Policy
- Tegral only ships to Australia from the website. Please contact us if you are an international customer.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We require a street address for your delivery.
- Orders on stock items placed before 3:00pm will be despatched same day. – If they are not in stock for some reason we will contact you immediately.
- When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days.
- All dispatches and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
- Time of delivery is determined by our carriers but will be between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
