Free Returns
If you are you’re not 100% satisfied with any items you purchased from us, If they are unused, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in salable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.
Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.
How to Return:
- Give one of the Team a call on 1300 159 809, send a live chat message or email sales@tegral.com.au with details on the items you’d like to return.
- We will ask you for the weights and dimensions of your items when packaged ready to send back.
- We will book you a FREE collection for a date that suits you.
- You will be emailed a con note to print.
- Just leave your parcel at your usual delivery place/front door.
- …and a Courier will collect it for you!
Full refunds including shipping costs will be given in line with Australian Consumer Laws for any product supplied with a major fault/defect at no fault of the customers.
If Tegral sends the incorrect product to the customer it will send the correct product to the customer and cover all shipping costs incurred to re-send the correct item and to return the incorrect item.
