6 Simple Steps to Inflate Your Air Bag Position the Bag:
- Place the deflated dunnage bag into the void within the container, rail car or trailer ensuring the valve is accessible.
- Check the Valve: Confirm that the valve is in the ‘closed’ position before beginning inflation.
- Attach the Hose: Connect the hose to the valve and inflate the bag to the desired pressure.
- Position for Maximum Contact: Ensure the bag is positioned to maximize surface area contact.
- Inflate and Disconnect: Hold the trigger until the bag is fully inflated, then carefully disconnect the hose.
- Seal the Bag: Clip the seal over the valve to secure the inflation.
