Hawk Logistics Acquires Farragher Logistics

Hawk Logistics has acquired 91 Year Old Farragher Logistics. This will expand Hawk’s capacities to over 800 pieces of equipment.

Founded in 2014 by Amrit Paul and Harmanpreet Singh with just one truck, Hawk Logistics has grown rapidly over the past decade. The company now employs over 500 people and operates 800+ assets across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Griffith.

Farragher Logistics, established in 1933, evolved from furniture removals to specialize in refrigerated transport and cold storage warehousing. Their operations cover the east coast and extend to Perth. Hawk Logistics plans to retain Farragher’s drivers and assets, enhancing its service capabilities and national reach.

This acquisition reflects Hawk’s commitment to innovation and customer excellence. It follows their purchase of AR Logistics in December 2023, which expanded their operations into South Australia. Hawk Logistics is also eyeing further growth into the Northern Territory.

By integrating Farragher’s experience, Hawk Logistics aims to honor its legacy while setting new standards in the transport industry.
