Why Tegral and Why the Transport and Logistics Industry?

Coming from producing industrial packaging products the team wanted to support an essential industry. One we felt we could make a sustainable impact on for the better.

Already having a passion for product protection, we were drawn to the Australian transport industry knowing that by showing genuine care, producing quality products and by always innovating we could play our part in this vital industry.

2016 – Tegral is Born!

Branching out from Buchanans Group equipped with a solid experience in engineering, injection moulding and product development, the Tegral team produces its first product for the transport industry, the A0140 (see below), which is still a super popular product.

Shortly after this, upon request by a customer we designed and manufactured the Truckers Trident angle placement tool which can now be found in most loading yards and dog boxes around the country. An absolute hit, this product helped us gain a footing and from there we were off…

2019 – We start to focus on building a range of products for the transport industry, an area we believe we can sustainably have an impact on, in an industry that we as Australians can’t do without. The brand name ‘Tegral’ appears on the first range of corner protectors.

Its goes without saying… Without Trucks Australia Stops.

2020 – We increase our focus on the Transport Industry with the mission of ‘every load delivered undamaged‘. Our focus is now on being able to support the industry through being a partner they can rely on us to deliver what they need, when they need it. This drives us to increase our range to include webbing products, chain products and a range or packing plywood to compliment the products that we produce in-house.

2022 – The team has grown 14 in number and we all share the same passion for creating great products for an essential industry.

Our product range has grown to just over 200 and we continue to innovate, create and work with the industry to serve and have an impact on the individuals calling Australia forward.

2023 – Due to urgent need for larger facilities we are moving to a larger site on the other side of Moss vale. Just 10 minutes off the Hume highway and 1 hour from Sydney’s main transport hubs we are now better equipped than ever to support the transport industry.

Finally, B-double access – We cannot wait to have your trucks come through the new property and walk you through what we do at Tegral. An on the ground experience where we can learn more about how we can serve and work with you all for years to come.
